American Ironhorse Texas ChopperEric’s 2004 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper motorcycle. when it comes to factory manufactured chopper motorcycles, it’s my humble opinion that the American Ironhorse Texas Chopper and the Big Dog  K-9 are two of the classic and best built chopper’s!

We did this video in front of San Diego Harley Davison on Marina Boulevard  here in San Diego. many other motorcycle riders and most of the general public when looking at the Texas Chopper believe that it is a rigid frame model because of the low seat position and no visible rear shock absorbers. There are a lot of big changes for American Ironhorse in 2008. By far the biggest change was that in the latter part of the year. They filed for bankruptcy. By some estimates for 2008 only 1500 American Ironhorse motorcycles were manufactured.
