San Diego Motorcycle Event

Majestic Wine Mixer fund raiser for Cammies & Canines, an amazing organization saving lives 2 at a time. Their mission to end Veteran homelessness is paired with rescuing dogs from being euthanized. A great cause, an exceptional event and many good looking motorcycles.

I guess technically you can and say this was a San Diego motorcycle event, but, because there were so many bikers with good-looking bikes there, it may as well have been. Besides the ever present Harleys, there was a good-looking Big Bear chopper, big dog K-9, a number of good-looking rigid choppers and even one of the lowest to the ground Honda choppers that I’ve ever seen. West Coast Thunder

West Coast Thunder 2018. this motorcycle event is so huge ( some believe the largest in the country or the world) we did two videos about it. This is video number two to see the first video just look at our prior post.

Here were walking among the bikes prior to the official start which always occurs at 9:11 AM.

This ride is is an annual event, on Memorial Day, that benefits the Riverside National Cemetery. Read more »

California Motorcycle Event

The usual Southern California motorcycle events that I’ve attended usually include stunt riders, bikini bike wash, slow riding contest and the always popular wet T-shirt contest. But this event at Coronado Beach Harley-Davidson has none of those activities! It was called the Paul Bunyan lumberjack contest.

Yes, the main reason I wanted to attend was because I couldn’t get the idea of a lumberjack contest at a motorcycle event. Plus, as I would venture to speculate most motorcycle riders in Southern California haven’t seen a lumberjack contest. Read more »
